We'll publish a minimum of 3 posts per week to keep your profile active and engaging. These include:

Active management of your AZL Flow CRM to guarantee leads are captured and nurtured correctly:

2. Website Content Updates & Edits

Consistent publishing to keep your audience engaged. We distribute content to Facebook, Instagram, and local platforms, maintaining active presence with a mix of service spotlights, client reviews, and active site updates.

2. Weekly High-Impact Short Video

Production and scheduling of 1 engaging short video per week (Reels/Shorts/TikToks). This captures high-reach organic views, highlighting "before and after" project videos, staff showcases, or expert construction advice.

3. Copywriting, Hashtags & Local Reach

Every post includes professional, brand-aligned captions with local hashtags to maximize visibility in your specific service region. Direct call-to-actions (CTAs) are integrated to route users back to your site.

4. Email Marketing Campaign Integration (Optional)

Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of June 1, 2026, by and between AZL Marketing ("Service Provider") and Budget Construction Co. ("Client"), represented by William Rivera.

1. Scope of Work

Service Provider agrees to deliver the ongoing maintenance and operations services outlined in the Option 2 (Social & SEO Maintenance) plan of the Proposal, which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. These services include:

  • CRM & Website Maintenance
  • Hosting Oversight
  • Website & CRM Edits
  • Automation Monitoring
  • Lead Routing Support
  • Reporting & Support
  • SEO Maintenance & GBP Updates
  • Monthly Strategic Calls
  • Advanced SEO & GBP Optimization
  • Social Media Management (3 posts + 1 video per week)
  • Email Marketing (1 campaign per month) (Optional)

2. Timeline

The term of this Agreement shall commence on June 1, 2026, and shall continue on a monthly basis for 12 months. All services will be delivered continuously with no downtime or gaps in service from Year One.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

The total cost for the 12-month program is $24,000. The payment schedule is as follows:

  • $2,000/month, payments are due on the 1st of each month starting June 1, 2026.
  • No processing fee will be added for manual bank transfers, checks, or Zelle payments. If paid by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the invoice.
  • This fee covers management services. Any third-party tool subscriptions (e.g., CRM hosting, SMS credits) or advertising spend must be paid directly by the Client.

4. Ownership & Access

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the Client shall retain ownership of the specific deliverables created solely for the Client under this Agreement. The Service Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its pre-existing methodologies, templates, tools, and proprietary software (including the AZL Flow platform architecture).

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred by the Service Provider up to the effective date of termination.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including the attached Scope of Work Proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
